Highway 4 Reopens After Crash
A car crash had closed Highway 4 between Parksville and Port Alberni since 1:30 p.m.
The highway has now reopened, but RCMP and BC EHS have not provided information on the cause of the crash or the status of those involved.
- Drivers were waiting in line for hours.
- No alternative route was posted by DriveBC.
- An update was expected at 7 p.m., but it may not have provided new information on the reopening.
