A typical Tuesday afternoon in a veterinary clinic is chaotic, with ringing phones, full schedules, emergencies, and exhausted teams. In this whirlwind, the core of why we do this work can get lost.

The truth that keeps me grounded is that before we were veterinarians, technicians, managers, or receptionists, we were pet parents.
