A new report by FMinus, an American accountability monitor, exposes a major conflict of interest in Canadian lobbying, where environmental groups and major polluters share the same lobbyists.
Major Canadian environmental organizations and civil society groups are using lobbyists who also represent big polluters, potentially undermining the nation's climate action efforts.
