After Bangladesh opted to bat and posted 232/6, South Africa were left needing eight runs off the final over to complete the chase.
De Klerk, who was dropped in the penultimate over, made the most of her reprieve, sealing the victory in style with a six to finish the chase with three balls to spare.
The result lifted South Africa to third on the table with six points from four matches, marking their third straight win of the tournament while Bangladesh slumped to their third defeat.
