Reform in Turmoil
Reform UK has suspended four more Kent councillors after a leaked recording revealed bitter infighting among its members.
The incident is particularly embarrassing for the party, as Kent County Council is seen as a test case for its governing abilities.
- Pending an investigation, the suspended councillors are:
- Paul Thomas
- Oliver Bradshaw
- Bill Barret
- Maxine Fothergrill
Leader Linden Kemkaran told them to "fucking suck it up" if they did not agree with decisions made by her.
A Reform UK spokesperson confirmed the suspensions.
