Rep. Diana DeGette hopes that some bipartisan health care bills can still pass through Congress this session.
At a Punchbowl News event in Washington, D.C., DeGette and Rep. Morgan Griffith of Virginia discussed their work on the Energy and Commerce Committee's Health subcommittee.
"I call it the prevention dividend,"
DeGette highlighted this bill, which has been in the works for 15 years and previously passed through the committee and the House, but got hung up in the Senate.
