Prop 50 Co-Author Assemblymember Gregg Hart Urges People to Vote
Assemblymember Gregg Hart, co-author of Proposition 50, encourages people to vote in the Special Election in California.
"It is a really important election and I'm glad that we are going to be celebrating soon, the polls are still open, we want people to get out and vote,"
said Hart. He wants voters to know that Proposition 50 authorizes temporary changes to Congressional Districts Maps.
