Las Vegas Traffic Deaths Exceed Goal

Despite aiming for less than 125 deaths on Las Vegas roadways in 2025, the latest data from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police shows that this mark has been surpassed, with 127 people killed in traffic-related crashes as of October 12.

This number is up from the 123 people who died at the same time last year. A recent deadly crash occurred on Sunday before 9 a.m. at the Ann Road and El Capitan Way intersection, involving a car and a motorcycle traveling at a high rate of speed.

No impairment is suspected by the driver of the car.
