Curling Duo Peterman and Gallant Balance Family, Olympic Goals for Milan 2026
Canadian curlers Jocelyn Peterman and Brett Gallant open up about family life, Olympic prep, and their pursuit of a podium spot at the 2026 Winter Games in Milan.
The couple – on and off the ice – will represent Canada in the mixed doubles event in curling at the Winter Games.
Peterman and Gallant were the first two Canadian athletes to qualify for Milano after winning the national mixed doubles event in January.
- They followed that performance with a sixth-place finish in Fredericton, New Brunswick, at the world mixed doubles championships in late April.
This will mark Canada’s third opportunity to compete in mixed doubles curling since the event’s Olympic debut in 2018.
Countless spots are still up for grabs for Team Canada heading into the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan next year.
