Tragic Death of 15-Year-Old Girl
A 15-year-old girl from Ogden, Utah, Chanelle Alvarez, was allegedly murdered by her 16-year-old boyfriend, Hezekiah Plummer, on October 18.
According to police, Chanelle was shot in the head at point-blank range in her bedroom. A family member discovered her body after being woken by the gunshot and saw Plummer fleeing with a firearm.
Plummer told the family member something about a "robbery" and mentioned another person whom "he claimed tried to rob them”.
- Plummer was arrested in a neighboring county with over $4,000 cash and a small quantity of marijuana.
- Police reported that he had disposed of the firearm before his arrest.
